An extremely fragile, elegant and charming wine. The nose is layered with green apple, flowers, and in the background exotic and white fleshy fruits. Elegant and balanced with vanilla, almonds and restrained mineral notes. The palate is distinctly fragile, elegant and balanced, pleasantly rounded but certainly not sweet, despite the 9 grams of residual sugar. Flavours of white currant, lychee, white peach, pure grape must are revealed, complemented by vanilla, a touch of butteriness and a more pronounced minerality than the nose.
Pair with fish, white meats or just on its own on an early spring evening.
